What I Actually Do

I list homes in Bucks County and Montgomery County Pennsylvania as well as the Main Line and Chestnut Hill area and I represent buyers in the same markets. I am based in Montgomeryville at Keller Williams Real Estate and I cover the full corridor from the Main Line north through the Route 309 and Route 202 communities and east through the Bucks County school district corridors to the Delaware River.

I hold PSA, RENE, and Luxury Homes Certified credentials. I have a Business and Legal Studies degree from Temple University's Fox School of Business, which means when we get to contracts, contingencies, and negotiations, I am reading those documents with the same legal and business framework a lawyer or MBA brings to them. That is not typical for a residential real estate agent and it matters in transactions where the details are where the money is.

One Thing I Will Not Do

I will not tell you what you want to hear if it conflicts with what the market will bear. If your home is worth $650,000 and you want to list at $750,000, I will tell you what overpricing your launch window costs you and why the first ten days on market are not recoverable once lost. If the community you want to buy in at your budget does not have what you are looking for, I will tell you that and show you the communities where your budget and your priorities actually align.
